Refunds

I truly appreciate your business! I take great care in assembling my  PFD cross stitch patterns. Once downloaded from this site, they are nonrefundable, unless there is a technical issue with the file. If you encounter a problem with the file, I will send you a full refund or a correct file. Please also inform me about refunds on all other items within 30 days of receipt. I will do my best to make it right. Charms and supplies may not be returned but will be replaced immediately if damaged during shipment.

Your personal information is kept strictly private.  I will never use your personal information for any purpose other than to communicate with you about your order if necessary.
