How My Embroidery Journey Began…

My journey with embroidery began in the quiet afternoons spent with my aunt in her small coastal Maine cottage, a comforting refuge during the uncertainties of my early years. Her patient teaching in delicate needlework sparked a passion that has become my anchor and source of joy through life’s shifting tides. From navigating personal challenges to cherishing still, simple moments, cross stitch has been my faithful companion, helping me weave together the loose threads of my story with each careful stitch.

My designs aim to offer more than just patterns – they invite you into a serene world of mindful creativity and artistic expression. They say a love for stitching runs in my blood, tracing back to my great-grandmother, a Welsh seamstress who mended fishermen’s nets, and a father who restored antique textiles. This heritage continues to inspire me to keep the tradition alive, creating each piece with intention and heart.

To all my wonderful readers and customers who have welcomed my patterns into your homes – thank you. Your heartfelt messages, photos of your creations, and steady encouragement have been the threads that keep this work alive.
